DescriptionA. Shouldered crock with sunken interior rim to accomodate lid, rounded lip, string line on exterior c. 1.5 cm. from rim. Two square bosses on shoulder have holes to accomodate bail. Clay body dark grey. Crem colored glaze on interior and exterior. "Douglass C.P. Co. los Angeles, Cal." In blue, inside scroll design on shoulder. Base unglazed, with 1.5 cm. wide foot, number "10" inscribed near center.Status
