Part of top sight is missing Mechanism: Dummy. 30 Caliber. This rifle was not operational. Manufacture date: 1914? Manufacturer: Made to simulate 1903 Springfield. It was made under government contract and the actual manufacturer is unknown.1984 Value $300 - 350. Appraiser: Dennis Rothbard.e were approx 50 of these stored in the old high school basement.
