DescriptionWhite dress with puff sleeves, skirt gathered to bodice, back closing. Eyelet trim decorates waistband, triangular from panel, scalloped border on either side of center panel amd around back collar. Deep hem done in eyelets in pattern of bops and scallops. Skirt has five horizontal tucks top two of which are just basted in in. Waist fastens in back with two hooks and eyes, top with string tie. Back of bodice has several loose tucks near center.
