DescriptionStretcher is mounted on a board. Stretcher head is aluminum and is divided into two parts that open up to size hat by turning a double handle. This moves a metal peg that indicates size. Sizes 6 1/4 to 7 7/8 are listed on a metal plate attached to the wood. Directions read, "Place hat on dome as far down as possible. Use for stretching hats only."
