DescriptionPieced quilt made of cotton joined by machine, all patterns on adjoining blocks line up and the blocks line accurately with each other; The stitching does show and the points and corners meet. Filling unknown. Multi-colored patched top: celery green back ad boprders; overlaid embroidery stitches go through front and back; also machine stitched seams. Large enough for crib.Threads are black and white. Single thread used with a uniformed and evely spaced stitching with a count of 5 stitches per inch.
There are borders and the seams are inconspicuous and balanced.
Binding is bias sewn by hand.
