DescriptionWhite muslin petticoat, gathered at waistband. Side seams, back seam with opening at waist. Seam runs horizontally around garment 4 inches below waistband. Three 1 5/8 inch tucks, two have been let out, run horizontally around the garment. Tabs are sewn to inside waistband back and front in two places. Scalloped edges at hemline embroidered in pink. (May have been used as some other garment.)Status
