Description2 baskets. (Only one with media file.)
MEDIA FILE:
A coiled bowl with slightly outflaring sides and a flat base. Martynias is used in alternate coils in base- two natural, on ein black. On the sides there are black pyramid shapes up from the base and inverted pyramids from the rim with a sawtooth line between. Martynia is over stitched on the rim. The condition is good. Seems to be coated with clear preservative.
NO MEDIA FILE:
A jar form basket with an everted rim, short neck, rounded body, and a flat base. Black martynia fret designs in two horizontal bands. Rim overcast with martunia stitching. The condition is good.
