It has information including: State of Arizona State Board of Technical Registration; "registered and authorized to practice professionally in Arizona"; and use title Registered Land Surveyor # 1778, expires December 31, 1952. The certificate is covered in glass with twelve (12) stickers, each extending the certificate date. The frame is plain black wood.Status
