DescriptionThe service, award of merit from the Salt River Project is printed on metal with the Salt River Project seal/symbol. The seal is a diamond shape picturing a dam and mountains in the background. The colors are blue, brown, and turquoise. There are two smaller diamonds printed in the metal. One of the smaller diamonds is for water and the other for power (electrical). The metal plate is mounted on a tile. A lower metal plate reads: "Howard Pyle, Nov 25, 1969."
