DescriptionThe Paul Robeson Block Heritage stamped cover is mounted on matte board (gray) with a double matted large photo of the stamp and a small metal plate that reads "The Honorable Neil Giuliano, Mayor, City of Tempe, 'Together We're Better', Unity Walk, January 31, 2004". It is all under glass. The actual large envelope is buff with stamp and "Together We're Better logo. Postmarked January 31, 2004. There is a sold framed portrait in black and white with a teal background and yellow band, "Paul Robeson" is at left under "Collaboratory Black History Month".Status
