Tempe's third new care dealer, Chapman Chevrolet, plans to open doors on its new sales and service facility at 1717 East Baseline sometime during the first part of April. The $1 million project encompasses four buildings and upon completion is expected to add $100,000 yearly to city sales tax coffers. Chapman which will continue to offer only its Chevy line will employ over 150 employees.
