DescriptionFrom an article published by Tempe Daily News, April 1, 1977:Clinic Capper -
Ron Pies, director of the Tempe Parks & Recreation Department, presented Seattle Mariner baseball caps to Shiela Dawson (6th grader at Aguilar School) and Tom Beyer (6th grader at Aguilar), yesterday, to promoted Youth Baseball Day, which the P&R Department and Mariners are holding tomorrow. Youth receive special ticket prices for the mariner, Cleveland game in Tempe Stadium, and benefit from a clinic given by Darrell Johnson, Seattle Manager.
