DescriptionIt may look like Niagara Falls scene from Tempe's annual Fourth of July fireworks show, but the water and the fireworks were real. Silhouetted fireman is hosing down a stack of hay which caught on fire when it was struck by lightning during Wednesday's late afternoon wind, dust, and thunderstorm. Fire was one of a number of fires and accidents keeping city Firemen and Policemen busy during the unusual-for-June storm. (additional photos pages 3, 10.)
The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-C.
