DescriptionThe spotlight was on dads as senior citizens of the Guadalupe and Tempe Escalante Senior Citizen Centers got together for a Father's Day celebration with the Guadalupe group as hosts, Thursday afternoon. And when prizes were passed out, this group of dad won them. The included, all from Guadalupe except when noted, (from left) Gabriel Cons, at age 82 the oldest father present; Dolores Vedugo, who claimed the most children - 12, all living; Ben Gamboa, Tempe, who won the prize doe the fewest children with only one; Manuel Esquer, Tempe youngest dad present at age 62; and Frank Barboa, who got a prize for a Father Day poem he wrote for the occasion.
