DescriptionJohn Balford of Phoenix was one of the many Valley residents who attended the city's 1977-78 budget public hearing to ask the city council to restore subsidy of Route 22, a bus run which brings riders in from Scottsdale, Phoenix and South Tempe to Arizona State University. The council had deleted the $27,00 Phoenix Transit Corp.The film negative of this photograph is housed in box 2G7-C.
