Yoo Mi Lee, sixth grader who is a participant in the Tempe Parks and Recreation department summer playground programat Bustoz school, wasn't rehearsing for a ballet production. She was just proving there can be an art to tossing a Frisbee-as one of many youngsters competing Saturday in city-wide championship meets for Frisbee tossers and Hula Hoop twirlers at Tempe Community Center.
