DescriptionIt wasn't the beginning of a riot or the start of a race on the Arizona State University campus that was creating all the hullabaloo around Gammage auditorium yesterday. Ford Motor Company's new Econoline 150 van was attracting all the student excitement-or so it will seem to television viewers! Crew form Johnson-Cowan, Inc., of Hollywood, California, was shooting scene for a Ford television commercial and approximately 86 ASU students and other local people were providing the action, so ASU could benefit-in the form of a Ford contribution to the university's student scholarship and loan funds. When the commercial debuts, viewers will discover how many students ASU could pack into the van.
