DescriptionDesert Samaritan Hospital nurses (from left) Ednamae Thomas, coordinator of the hospital's obstetrics/gynecology unit, and its incubator into newly-opened Level ii Nursery at that hospital, as Dr. Albert Schwartz, perinatal program director, supervises. With new Level II Nursery, the hospital will now be able to provide care for new borns with problems needing more than normal services, but less than intensive care. Previously such infants had to be transferred to Phoenix.
