Christian art isn't all painting crosses, churches or angels, as shown by sampling of work of Tempean Ralph Bethancourt. And that's part of the point Bethancourt will be making in a class in Christian art he'll be teaching at All Saints Newman Center in Tempe beginning September 26. The art educator's works above include silkscreen print, "That They May Be One"; a glazed stoneware, wheel-thrown and hand-built "Trinity Pot"; and "Palm Sunday," sculptural wall-hanging of woven wool, palm and metal.
