DescriptionBusy Place These Days-Tempe Daily News-October 26 1977Celebrating its second anniversairy, the Tempe Youth Center for the city's westside teens is a far cry from the center's initial quarters in the Clark Park bathhouse and the handful of young people who turned out for its activities then.
