DescriptionTempe Daily News:Arizona State University Police Officer Raul B. Morales and ASU Police Chief George Bays (center) are greeted by Sister Vera on their arrival at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church with gifts of canned food and toys for distribution to families in the Guadalupe Parish.
At Morales' suggestion ASU's Police used funds for a party they had planned for their own families to give deserving needy families of Our Lady of Guadalupe parish instead.
