DescriptionParade of children, some dressed in costumes from other countries, near Edna Vihel Center. 3340 South Rural Road.Note - Ladmo probably at front and center of photo. Cannot see his head (out of frame), but the tie printed on his t-shirt is clearly visible. Also, his stature suggests that this is Ladmo of the Wallace & Ladmo Show.
