DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - April 13, 1978:Popular cartoon character Scooby Doo, in the Valley to appear in the Ice Capades at the state Coliseum in Phoenix next week, found a special admirer on a visit to the Arizona Children's Hospital in Tempe, Wednesday. Young Susan Emerson, a patient at the hospital and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. D. Emerson of St. Johns, expressed her affection for the children's favorite with a big kiss.
