DescriptionFrom a photo caption in Tempe Daily News October 7, 1978:Botanical Art Show - The second annual Botanical Art Show, featuring prints and originals from the 17th to the 20th century, opened Friday at the Desert Botanical Garden in Papago Park, to continue on exhibit through October 15. Among prints on view, from the Garden’s collection or on loan from recognized botanical artists of today, are: (l to r) "Yucca," dated 1781; "Carrion Flower," undated; and "Euphorbia," dated 1799, a gift from the Richter Collection. Show hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
