DescriptionTaken from Tempe Daily News - October 30, 1978:Tempe's YMCA has 1,800 children playing on soccer teams this fall. The players recently viewed soccer films at Curry Elementary and Connolly Junior High School. The films presentation might be shown at other schools throughout the YMCA season. Ron Walters, soccer committee chairman on left. Andrea Hecks of the fifth grade demons; and Dale Despain, principal at Curry School pass along soccer tips.
