DescriptionFrom a photo caption in Tempe Daily News, Wednesday, July 25, 1984:Playing it cool - Tempe Boys and Girls Club member Jason Black, Nevitt Elementary School second grader, thought there were better things to do with snow on a hot day than have a snowball fight. When the club had 'snow' (crushed ice) brought in for one of its "Christmas in July" summer program activities last week; he found the best way to play it cool.
