Description"Keeping in touch with the arts" - a photo caption in the Tempe Daily News, March 5, 1986: As a conductor and vocalist, Dr. Walter Harris' bent is musical, but as acting dean of Arizona State University's College of Fine Arts, he keeps in touch with other arts on campus.
