DescriptionLarge certificate on white paper. Has two line borders. Inside outermost border displays various Indian symbols painted or drawn in many colors. Inside second border is text and photographs of Hopis and adopted anglo members with names. Doument adopts Carl Hayden into Hopi tribe. Gives him a name (Latiya or Golden Fox) and a hieroglyphic.
