"Date of Construction: 1925/1985
According to the City of Tempe website above, the Minson house is a historic property dating from the 1920s. In 1985 the Lutheran church bought the property and added a sanctuary which fell into disuse in the 2000s. Recently Community Ministries International leased the property with hopes of purchasing it and restoring it to use as a multi-purpose religious center."
