DescriptionPhotocopy of a write-up from the Women's National AAU Aquatic Meet, dated September 1932, providing a history of the Tempe Beach and it's relation to the Chamber. It notes that a Chamber of Commerce committee initiated building of the pool and one member insisted that it be built as a racing pool conformint to National A.A.U. standards.
