Includes introduction, statistical data, goals and objectives, plans and recommendations, implementation, summary, and two folded color maps. Also included is a photocopied memo dated July 25, 1974 on Maricopa Association of Governments letterhead to MAG Representatives from Ken Driggs announcing the Rio Salado Report, and a photocopy of a 1/7/1975 article from the Tempe Daily News, "Tempe Gets 1st Funds For Rio Salado project."See also 1995.13.1 and 1996.4.50.
