DescriptionA car appears stuck in the flooded Salt River, under the Mill Avenue bridge. There are two pickup trucks, who may have arrived to assist the smaller car. Driving through the dry Salt River was a common occurance for people going from one side of Tempe to the other side, especially before the second Mill Avenue bridge was built. The view is to the west, with the railroad bridge in background, with a few people walking on path through the drier part of the river.Status
