DescriptionBlack and white photograph of cattle in a feed lot, most appearing dead. McElhaney Cattle Company.On December 15, 1959, an employee crashed a tractor into a power pole, causing high voltage lines to fall into a pen, killing 10 cows.
The McElhaney Cattle Company was a feed lot located in Tempe north of Broadway Road and east of Rural Road.
