DescriptionBlack and white photograph of a Scott Long cartoon from the Minneapolis Tribune. The cartoon shows 2 vultures, (one with "Algerian" and the other with "Rights" written on their bellies and sitting on a leafless tree branch and looking down on a man with "DeGaulle" written on his jacket. The man is carrying rolled plans with the words "Plan for Referendum' written on it. The cartoon is titled: "SOMETIMES I EVEN WONDER WHERE OUR NEXT MEAL IS COMING FROM!". Included with the paper cartoon is a hard, plastic-like 2-dimension rendering of the cartoon.
