The men are identified as: Phoenix Mayor John Driggs Tempe Mayor Dale Shumway, Attorney General Gary Nelson, ASU President John Schwada, Tempe Daily News Publisher Frank Connolly, and Bill Barks. In the background are a few members of the Tempe High School band seated on folding chairs as well as other guests standing and talking.
