DescriptionThis is a parody certificate from the Alice Cooper School For the Hopelessly Insane, "founded" 1978 A.C. This certificate is "issued in appreciation of the prolonged strange, erratic and otherwise twisted behavior of: Patient: Bill's Frames" and Bill's Frames is written in red marker. Following that reads "I'm crazy, you're crazy, we're all crazy-" and lastly is a signature from Alice Cooper and a witness. To the left of the written bits is a picture of a man staring intensely with his arms crossed.Status
