BiographyOn 28 Jan 1871, he reorganized the Hardy Irrigating Canal Company as the Tempe Irrigating Canal Company, and became President of the new organization.Served as a Reprentative in the Territorial Legislature from Tucson.
He was an old friend of Charles T. Hayden.
