DescriptionPiece of white cardboard folded like a match book, with flap tucking into slot in lower edge. Inside are five 2-ply silk mending threads which are wrapped around a small piece of cardboard covered with textured gold foil and stapled to the main cover. Thread colors are dark green, white, beige, black, and olive green. Full side is printed in blue, orange, and light orange, depicting a woman with a short blue marcelled hairdo sitting on an orange ledge wearing an orange slip, stockings, and blue high heelded shoes holding another orange stocking.
Folding side has advertising text printed in black within a blue and orange frame, and fold-up flap has printed trademark information.
Upper edge reads: "Pat Appli. for"
