DescriptionBlack and white of Tempe City Hall in 1914. Tempe City Hall was located at 5th street and Myrtle Avenue.

Pictured are past Council Members and Town Officers, standing from left to right: Chester Cummins, Tom Goodwin, Woolf Lukin, George Frizzel, and Howard Woods; seated from left to right: Lee Pafford, Dr. J. A. Dines, Samuel Brown, and Halbert Miller. Written on back "Tempe City Hall 1912. Lee Pafford-Tom Goodwin Lukin Cummngs, George M. Frizzell Tempe City Hall c 1914."
