DescriptionBlack and white photographic print showing a group of people gathered in the middle of a street. A man in the center of the picture points a camera at the photographer. Note on negative sleeve reads "Demonstration march, 5-5-1971".Anti-war protesters blocking traffic to the Mill Avenue Bridge on May 5th, 1971. The large scale May Day protests in Washington, D.C. happened just a few days prior and was likely the inspiration for this action.
