She is part of the "Crissy" collection that was produced in 1968 and introduced in 1969. Velvet was introduced in 1970 as Crissy's 10 year old cousin. This special Velvet doll is "Look Around Velvet" because she has moveable eyes that open and close. This "Velvet" Doll was produced in 1972. The dress she is wearing is part of the "Crissy" fashion accessories. The extra purple dress is her original dress she came with.
