Indented panels on two sides have raised letters; other two sides have plain panels. Light purple color with bubbles and imperfections. Raised letters in panels read, "Dr. Peter's Kuriko, prepared by Dr. Peter Fahrney & Sons Co., Chicago, Ill. U.S.A. Pat. applied for."Status
