Signed by Linda Aquilina, President Friends of Rio Salado, July 12, 1999. There is a color depiction of lake plans and logo for Friends of Tempe Town Lake. The recipient is Mayor Neil G. Giuliano. It is in a plastic cover inserted into a frame made of two black plastic dowels that connect two lightweight triangles made to look like tan and brown marble with cardboard stand-up back.Status
