DescriptionThis picture shows two ladies with award plaques. The lady on the left holds one that reads: "Virginia Hall, The Tempe Centennial, Soroptimist Club, April 1971." The second plaque is held by Sister Mary Valeria, Principal of Our Lady of Mr. Carmel School. It reads: "Certificate of Appreciation presented to Mr. Carmel School for Outstanding and Dedicated Service by the Tempe Soroptimist Club, 1971."See 2001.19.21.
