DescriptionThe canvas, long, cotton-picking sack has a handle of canvas looped across the top, one seam down its tube-shaped side, and an open bottom that ties closed. It's worn with holes and many stains.The donor used it while working in local cotton fields 1940s-1960s. He began while living near Guadalupe, working in the fields before and after school. The full bag weighed 100 pounds. He got 3 cents a pound.
