Steve Case, left, welcomes the owners of Lewis Camera Exchange, 1236 North Scottsdale road into the Tempe Chamber of Commerce with a plaque and a smile. Principles in the four-year-old firm are Ron Ruggiero, center and Vince Ruggiero. Lewis Cameras offers complete lines of photo and darkroom equipment and film processing.
