Roger Swanson (left) and Frank Lopez, director of Tempe Community Action Program at Escalante Community Center, get their golfing clubs in order - and eye the trophies they would like to win in a first annual open golf tournament being sponsored here tomorrow by Tempe Council, League of United Latin American Citizens. Golfers participating in the LULAC event will begin teeing of at Tempe's Rolling Hills Golf Course at noon Saturday. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit youth scholarships and senior citizens programs. See also 2001.19.799.
