Caps and gowns will be the big fashion on high school campuses here this month - including Tri-City Christian Academy which will be graduating its class of approximately a half-dozen high school students on May 27. Giving the commencement addresses for their fellow Tri-City Academy graduates will be Debbie Allgood (left) and Janet Gibbons, who have been named as co-valedictorians.
