Visions of skyrockets danced in the head of this smiling youngster as he, along with several thousand others, awaited start Monday night of Tempe Kiwanis Club's annual Fourth of July Fireworks Show, held this year at ASU's Packard stadium. Dust and rain storm which hit Tempe area around 7 p.m. threatened momentarily to postpone the Independence Day event_but the storm skirted around Packard stadium and youngster's vision of fireworks was soon a reality.
