DescriptionThere was barely a place to put a foot down safely on the mall at Arizona State University, Monday, first day of classes for the fall semester. Approximately 30,000 students are enrolled for some 6,000 classes. Late registration is set for Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days. Danforth Chapel is visible in the background.
